Can't sleep

I can't sleep I'm to nervous.....I've been listening to jazz for about two hours now it's not working on calming me down. I threw up I'm so nervous I mean I'm going half way round the world if that isnt nerve wracking I don't know what is. If some bitch starts talking bout lost on the plain two things will happen

1 I will punch or kill her

2 I will sprint to the bathroom throw up and then try to get out of the plain in a matter of seconds

so so so scared hugs incase I die.
