Impulsivity

Hey guys so I just wanted to talk about anger and impusivity.......things I have a really hard time with.

Now I'm impulsive I'll say things or do things that I don't mean to do or say but I do.For instance..........

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN

Girl: yeah so um can I borrow ur leggings.

Me: yeah sorry no. 

WHAT HAPPPENS

Girl: can I borrow ur leggings.

Me: no way bitch get ur own.

          FIGHT

OR

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN

Girl: did you just flip me off

Me: no I was just using hand gestures to talk I do that a lot.

WHAT HAPPENS

Girl: did you just flip me off

Me: no but I can do it now. 

*gives her the bird*

Oh and by the way I was showing how much I hate you.

Yeah these have happend to me before, and it sucks. Also anger now I get really mad like I'm gonna punch someone, which I have done before.

Like today for instance I came into math I didn't even sit down when

Boy:OMFG I HEARD ABOUT U AND (stupidbitchesnameimnotgonnaputin)

Me: WHAT THE HELL DID SHE SAY

*throws a huge text book on table and grabs boy by shirt*

Boy: babbles on 

Me: I'm gonna kill her 

*stroms outta room* 

Boy and rest of class: freezes and is totally terrified

Anger is hard to deal with I know I'm not very with it......
